About the Role:

Acme Construction is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating between clients, engineers, and labor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain daily site records, reports, and attendance logs.
Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth workflow.
Enforce site safety and compliance with company and legal regulations.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficient in MS Office and site reporting tools.
Preferred:

Experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.
Local language fluency and team management experience.

Pay: ₹11,293.61 - ₹31,602.68 per month

Work Location: In person
