Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. Our company is in Yelahanka.

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and designers, monitor project progress, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include managing timelines, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design standards. Communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Project management and site supervision skills, including scheduling, team coordination, and oversight of on-site operations

Knowledge of design plans, technical drawings, and material specifications

Problem-solving and issue resolution skills to handle on-site challenges effectively

Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in construction or design projects

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members

Proficiency in relevant design or project management software is a plus

A diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
