Role Summary

The

Site Supervisor

will be responsible for day-to-day on-site execution and coordination of landscaping projects. The role includes managing labour, ensuring timely completion of work, material handling, quality control, and communication with the project manager and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor execution of landscape work (civil, horticulture, lighting, etc.) as per design. Coordinate with vendors, labor teams, and internal departments. Track daily work progress and update the management with site reports. Ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and safety compliance. Manage on-site material usage, deliveries, and stock requirements. Attend site meetings and provide regular project status updates. Handle client coordination on-site with a professional approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of experience in landscaping/civil/site work supervision. Good knowledge of materials - soil, plants, irrigation, lighting, and civil works. Strong team management and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of reading plans/drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects or teams if required. Fluent in Kannada or Hindi; basic English is a plus. Must be proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented.
