Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily site operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure meticulous execution of work on high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven environments and holds execution quality to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee on-site execution of interior and granite installation works Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and in-house design teams Ensure work is progressing as per drawings, timelines, and quality benchmarks Maintain daily site reports and track material movement Conduct regular checks to ensure safety and finish quality Resolve on-site issues with agility and professionalism
Requirements:

2-5 years of site supervision experience in high-end interiors or civil/stone works Strong understanding of drawings, detailing, and finishing Ability to manage multiple trades and teams on-site Meticulous, solution-oriented, and deadline-driven Own vehicle preferred (travel to various sites as needed)
