Job Description

Copper Trunk is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee small to big scale architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily on-site management, ensuring that work is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and aligns with design specifications.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and design intent. Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor project timelines and report progress to the project manager. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety compliance. Communicate effectively with designers, architects, and clients. Solve minor site issues independently and escalate larger concerns when necessary.

Qualifications:

2+ years of site supervision experience, preferably in architectural or interior projects. Strong understanding of construction methods and interior fit-outs. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per month
