Site Supervisor with 2+ years of solar project experience required for a solar projects manufacturing organisation at Jalna, Maharashtra



- Supervise construction & installation of solar systems per project specs & safety standards

- Lead subcontractors & site teams, ensuring smooth coordination

- Enforce safety protocols & conduct regular inspections

- Monitor work quality & ensure client expectations are met

- Maintain project schedules & daily progress reports

- Manage material procurement & site inventory

- Liaise with clients & address concerns

- Ensure regulatory compliance for solar installations

- Support training & development of site staff

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
