Job Description

Civil work supervision like foundations, building, bridge work & road work in Steel plant sector.

Minimum Qualification of ITI /+2 or Above.

Work Experience of candidate minimum 3Years+

Project oversight:

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and deadlines.

Safety and compliance:

Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards.

Quality control:

Inspect construction work, materials, and processes to ensure they meet project standards and building codes.

Coordination and communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for site staff, subcontractors, engineers, architects, clients, and project managers. Address any issues or conflicts that arise.

Resource management:

Manage labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and ensure efficient project workflow.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily progress, costs, materials, and any incidents.

Supervision and training:

Supervise, guide, and train construction workers and subcontractors on tasks and safety procedures.
Skills and qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep understanding of construction processes and technical documents like blueprints. Knowledge of health and safety standards. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work long hours.
