Key Responsibilities:
Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, measurements, and design
Track daily progress and report to project manager
Coordinate material arrival and site readiness
Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues
Handle client discussions and updates
Ensure safety and on-time completion of tasks
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as Site Supervisor (interior/contracting)
Understanding of modular work, laminates, civil basics, and site measurements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple teams across sites
Two-wheeler preferred
