Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Interior Site Supervisor

for

residential and commercial fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in

interior execution, site supervision, finishing works, labour handling, and material management

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior works:

carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, joinery

Execute work as per

interior drawings, architectural plans and BOQ

Ensure

quality control, finishing standards and site safety

Coordinate with

contractors, vendors, suppliers and labour teams

Monitor

manpower productivity, material usage and stock levels

Track site progress and ensure

on-time project execution

Identify and resolve

site issues, technical problems and delays

Requirements

Minimum

2+ years experience

in

interior fit-out execution / site supervision

Good knowledge of interior materials:

plywood, laminates, ACP, tiles, sanitary fittings, hardware

Ability to read

BOQ, drawings, measurement sheets and site layouts

Strong skills in

labour management, quality checking and time management

Experience in

residential interiors / commercial interiors / fit-out projects

preferred Must be comfortable with

site-based work
