Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:

Overseeing the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all interior work meets the required quality standards and design specifications.

Safety Management:

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Progress Monitoring:

Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient project execution.

Communication:

Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project, escalating complex problems when necessary.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of project progress, site activities, and any incidents or issues.

Budget Management:

Keeping track of project costs and ensuring that the work is completed within the allocated budget.

Client Interaction:

Communicating project status, addressing client concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Material Procurement:

Ordering and managing materials to ensure they are available on-site when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
