Responsibilities:
Supervise sub-contractors or Workers by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance for strcuture and finishing works
Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, evaluating deadline estimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing change orders
Carry out day-to-day site strcuture and finishing operations and supervise the construction of works, incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan, deadlines and relevant Safety Regulations
Monitor daily work progress and check in work done by Sub-contractor
Train workers on working method to improve productivity
Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works
Ensure site progress according to project schedule
Liaise with contractors to ensure that project runs smoothly
Generate ideas to improve productivity such as effective works method
Manage site ordering, scheduling of work, cost control and project documentation
Must be a team player and communicate with varies personnel to ensure site technical issue to be resolve.
Minimum of 1 years experience in the construction industry preferable, with leadership skills.
Should know how to accurately measure and produce the drawing
Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
