We are looking for a handfull experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out & turn key projects from start to finish. The candidate should have strong material knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to manage on-site manpower & workflow on day to day routine basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site execution for interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Coordinate with designers, contractors, to ensure timely completion
Maintain quality control, site measurements, and progress reports
Prepare and verify BOQs and site requirements
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Day to day project report
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Interior Engineering
2-3 years' experience in interior fit-out project execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation (Excel is must)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
