Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects -- from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, adherence to design specifications, and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes for luxury to mid-scale interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day

site execution and project activities

to ensure quality and timelines. Coordinate with

designers, vendors, contractors, and clients

for seamless project flow. Interpret and implement

AutoCAD drawings, design details, and specifications

accurately on-site. Maintain

documentation, daily work reports, and material tracking.

Conduct

quality checks

and ensure adherence to project standards and safety norms. Prepare

BOQs, assist in bill checking

, and verify material quantities received on-site. Handle

site issues proactively

and provide regular project updates to management.

Qualification & Experience

Degree/Diploma in

Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

3-5 years in interior project execution and site supervision.

Skills Required

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, etc.). Strong

technical knowledge

of materials, finishes, and interior execution methods. Excellent

communication, coordination, and leadership

skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure smooth project delivery.

Compensation

Salary:

?35,000 - ?45,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)*

Probation Period:

6 months

Leaves:

14 paid annual leaves + 14 official government holidays
