Main Responsibilities:
Verify site readiness before material dispatch (civil works, electrical & plumbing points).
Coordinate with designers and backend teams to understand drawings and layouts.
Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, and interior works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and company quality standards.
Guide installers and carpenters on proper fixing, alignment, and finishing.
Inspect materials for damage, finish, color, and hardware.
Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
Plan daily activities and track installation progress.
Coordinate manpower and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
Act as the company's on-site representative with clients and designers.
Maintain basic site safety and cleanliness standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in modular furniture or interior site supervision.
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical details.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of quality control and installation standards.
Problem-solving mindset and time management skills.
Preferred Experience:
3-6 year experience in site supervision for Modular furniture or Interior fit-outs
Experience in modular kitchen, Wardrobes, or factory made cabinetry is a strong Advantage
