Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and oversight of residential construction and interior projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

Developing detailed designs and plans for residential construction and interior projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and client specifications Conducting site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints Preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, specifications, and cost estimates Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Coordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits Monitoring project progress and providing technical guidance to resolve design and construction issues Ensuring project documentation is maintained accurately, including design revisions, reports, and as-built records Implementing quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of engineering and design excellence

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a focus on residential construction and interior projects In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring meticulous project documentation and management Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements
