Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise

day-to-day site execution

of interior works Coordinate with

design, production, and project teams

Interpret

drawings, BOQs, and site measurements

Ensure work is executed as per

approved designs & specifications

Manage

carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors

Monitor

quality, safety, and workmanship standards

Plan daily work schedules and track

site progress

Coordinate

material receipt, storage, and usage

Identify and resolve

site-level execution issues

Conduct

site inspections & snag list closures

Ensure timely completion as per

project milestones

Maintain

site reports, daily logs & attendance

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of

interior materials & finishes

Understanding of

carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, painting

Ability to read

architectural & shop drawings

Familiar with

basic MEP coordination

Knowledge of

site safety practices

Basic understanding of

measurements & billing support

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's in

Civil / Interior / Architecture

(preferred) Hands-on experience in

interior site execution
