Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor quality, safety, and material usage.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/Construction Management.
2+ years' experience in site supervision (interiors preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of materials, measurements, and site safety practices.
