Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

interior design, furniture installation, or fit-out projects

. The candidate will oversee on-site execution, ensure quality, coordinate with teams, and deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

interior and furniture installation projects

at client sites. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and production to ensure accurate execution. Read and interpret

interior layouts, furniture drawings, and specifications

. Ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to design, and client satisfaction. Maintain site reports, material tracking, and manpower deployment. Ensure site safety and compliance with company standards. Resolve on-site issues related to measurements, fittings, or finishes. Assist in project handover and client coordination.

Skills & Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in the

Interior Design / Furniture industry

. Hands-on knowledge of

modular furniture, joinery, and site execution

. Ability to read

technical drawings and AutoCAD layouts

. Strong communication, planning, and team management skills. Willingness to work across

Mumbai project sites

.

Job Location: Adjacent to Kanjurmarg East Railway Station,

Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
