Job Summary:

The Interior & Finishing Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of interior and finishing works at the site, ensuring quality, timely completion, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all finishing and interior-related activities (false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, etc.). Ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution. Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality and finish. Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site status. Ensure site safety compliance and proper housekeeping. Assist in preparing measurements and bills of quantities. Manage manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of work targets. Resolve site-level issues promptly in coordination with the project team.
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma 12-15 years of experience in interior and finishing works for commercial/residential projects. Good knowledge of materials, drawings, and site coordination. Ability to handle multiple sites and meet deadlines.
Skills Required:

Strong supervision and coordination skills. Knowledge of finishing materials and interior detailing. Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
