We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and execute interior design projects on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, timelines, and smooth coordination between vendors, contractors, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential & commercial interior projects
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, stone & metal vendors
Monitor quality of work, finishes, alignments, and detailing
Manage site manpower and daily work schedules
Track material deliveries, usage, and wastage
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline
Prepare daily site progress reports (photos, updates)
Coordinate with designers for clarifications and revisions
Identify site issues proactively and resolve them efficiently
Ensure project completion within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 2-5 years of site supervision experience in interiors
Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and finishes
Ability to read and understand working drawings & shop drawings
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Willingness to travel between sites

Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors
Knowledge of turnkey projects
Basic understanding of costing and measurements
