Job Description

The Site Supervisor - Interior Design (Execution) is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects from start to handover. This role ensures that design concepts are translated into reality while maintaining quality, timelines & budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per design specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work. Interpret design drawings and provide clarifications to site teams for accurate implementation. Able to manager labours.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of interior design execution, materials, and finishes. Understanding architectural and interior drawings. Coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Basic Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any domain. 2 years plus of experience in interior design office-coorporate project execution. Proven track record of handling site execution and vendor coordination.
