Site Supervisor (interior Decoration)
Job Description
The candidate should have a minimum of at least 2 year of experience in Interior works supervision. Experience: Experience in have knowledge of autocad drawings Experience in site handling. Experience in project coordination. Experience in Client convincing skills. You possess strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritize effectively and make decisions. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders Responsibilities: Taking measurements on-site on basis of client requirements. Site inspection done at the time of execution of the interior works. Liaise with the main contractor and claim the Bills for the completed works. Prepare BOQ (Billing of Quantities) for the works completed Other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Ensure implementation a per project schedule Monitor quality & finishes Regular coordination & follow up with all stake holders Liaise with allied agencies Enforce health & safety as per statutory norms Tracking & Reporting Quality audits & Bill checking Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Looking for Immediate joiners!!
