Job Summary

The Site Supervisor - Interior Design is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure interior fit-out works are executed as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage interior site execution including

carpentry, modular furniture, gypsum, painting, flooring, electrical, and plumbing works

Ensure work is carried out as per

approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Coordinate with

design team, project manager, vendors, and subcontractors

Monitor site progress and report daily work status to management Ensure

quality control

at every stage of execution Manage site manpower, material usage, and tools effectively Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid delays Ensure adherence to

safety guidelines and site discipline

Assist in site measurements and quantity verification Support final inspection, snag list closure, and handover process

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

interior execution processes and materials

Ability to read and understand

interior drawings and layouts

Good coordination and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability on site Time management and multitasking skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting (preferred)

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field Practical site experience is more important than formal education

Experience

2-5 years

of experience in interior fit-out / retail / commercial projects Experience in

retail stores, offices, showrooms, or hospitality interiors

preferred

Work Environment

Field-based role with extensive site presence May require travel between multiple project sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
