Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor / Installation Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing on-site installation, execution, and completion of interior design projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, quality execution, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site execution activities as per design drawings and specifications. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability at site. Oversee installation of furniture, fixtures, partitions, ceilings, and other interior elements. Ensure all work is completed within specified quality standards and project timelines. Handle a team of carpenters, electricians, painters, and other subcontractors. Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly. Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain installation documentation. Coordinate with clients for site updates, approvals, and handover.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of interior fit-out and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent site coordination and team management skills. Attention to detail and quality control. Good communication and reporting skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in site supervision / installation in interior design, retail, or fit-out projects. Knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works preferred.

Work Conditions:

Site-based role with travel to different project locations. Flexible to work extended hours or weekends if required to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
