Required - Site Supervisor Location: SURAT Industry- Industrial Construction Must have experience as a Site Supervisor in the Industrial Construction or Similr Industry Responsibility. Site Coordination And Management Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring efficient operations. Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers to achieve project goals. Work Planning And Execution Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications Team Leadership Lead and motivate on-site teams, providing clear instructions and support. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates and expectations Health and Safety Compliance Enforce and monitor strict adherence to safety protocols on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns promptly. Material and Resource Management Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment on-site. Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material deliveries. Quality Assurance Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards. Conduct inspections and address deviations from project specifications Stakeholder Communication Act as a point of contact between on-site teams and project stakeholders. Communicate project updates and address any concerns raised by stakeholders Qualifications Job knowledge, skills, and experience: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a site supervisory role. Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of project management principles. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
