Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, contractors, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
Manage and maintain site records, including attendance, progress reports, and incident reports.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Identify and report potential delays, cost overruns, or other project risks to the Project Manager.
Provide guidance and training to site staff and laborers as required.
Ensure site cleanliness and organization, including waste management and environmental protection.
