Profile: SITE SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

CTC : 2.5Lacs-3.5Lacs

Location: Gurugram

A Site Supervisor for security and safety device installation is the frontline leader responsible for the daily management, coordination, and safety of all on-site installation activities.

? Daily Operations Oversight:

Manages and directs the daily activities of the installation team, including technicians and subcontractors. They organize work schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor manpower productivity to ensure the project stays on track.

Quality Control:

Ensures that all security and safety systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, etc.) are installed according to the approved design specifications, blueprints, and industry standards. They conduct regular inspections and perform testing and commissioning of systems to verify functionality.

Material and Equipment Management

: Manages the ordering, delivery, storage, and inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring the right items are available when needed and preventing shortages or wastage

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintains accurate site records, including daily activity logs, incident reports, attendance records, and material use reports. These reports are submitted regularly to the project manager or senior management.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Acts as the first point of contact for technical issues or problems that arise during installation, using problem-solving skills to implement corrective actions quickly

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree/Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Safety Engineering is often preferred

Experience:

Proven, hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of security and fire safety systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control, etc.)

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of relevant systems, the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Salary Budget:

2.5Lacs~3.5Lacs PA + Travel Expenses as per actuals Note: Candidate with own vehicle for commutation will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 per year
