Job Description

Core responsibilities

Team and site management:

Supervise, instruct, and manage carpentry and installation teams. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Manage on-site labor and subcontractors.

Project execution:

Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, design specifications, and client requirements. Inspect work regularly to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site. Measure sites to ensure accuracy.

Safety and quality control:

Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the job site. Ensure the site is clean and organized. Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process.

Reporting and administration:

Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management. Maintain accurate records, such as employee attendance. Assist with project closure documentation and billing verification.

Problem-solving:

Resolve any on-site issues that arise. Recommend improvements to procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in site supervision, specifically with modular furniture installation.

Technical knowledge:

Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.

Leadership:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team.

Project management:

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Safety awareness:

Thorough knowledge of site safety regulations.

Pay: ₹12,384.48 - ₹31,247.21 per month
