We are looking for a practical, hands-on Site Supervisor to coordinate and manage all on-site activities for branding and signage projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective communication between the field team, vendors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for on-site execution of branding, signage, and installation works.
Supervise daily activities of installation technicians, painters, electricians, fabricators, and helpers.
Translate drawings and project plans into clear daily work instructions for the team.
Ensure site setup, material handling, storage, and protection of finished work.
Monitor workmanship quality; perform inspections and rectify defects immediately.
Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, site access, and on-site logistics.
Maintain project schedules and report progress to Project Manager daily.
Manage minor technical troubleshooting and escalate major issues to the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate site records: job cards, material consumption, progress photos, and daily site logs.
Ensure customer/site-owner guidelines and site rules are followed; represent the company professionally on-site.
Hand over completed works with proper documentation and sign-offs.
Participate in pre-installation site surveys and provide practical feedback on feasibility and site requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Practical knowledge of signage systems, vinyl graphics, fabrication, metal/ACP works, electrical wiring for lighted signs, and basic structural fixing.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage small teams.
Good communication skills (verbal & written); able to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving attitude; able to make on-the-spot decisions.
Basic ability to read drawings, measurements, and take site dimensions accurately.
Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Proactive safety mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in branding, signage, exterior advertising, retail fit-outs, or construction-related projects.
Technical diploma or ITI in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in handling multi-location or high-rise installations is an advantage.
