Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits for new branch openings and renovations.
Supervise on-site work including layout setup, fixtures, signage, and electrical fittings.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor progress, quality, and timelines of site activities.
Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Report daily site updates, challenges, and progress to management.
Assist in arranging utilities, furniture, and office equipment before branch handover.
Support facility and maintenance requirements post branch setup if needed.
Willingness to travel across branches as per requirement.
