Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior fit-out work at the project site.
Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
Monitor on-site workforce, material deliveries, and stock levels.
Prepare and send professional email updates to clients regarding site progress, issues, and milestones.
Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are followed.
Resolve site-related issues promptly and report to the project manager.
Attend client meetings and provide updates as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Proficient in reading technical drawings (architectural, civil, MEP, etc.).
Good written and verbal communication skills (especially for client emails and reporting).
Basic computer skills - MS Office, email handling, etc.
Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel and manage multiple sites if needed.
