About the Role

Hands-on Site Supervisor to drive day-to-day execution of

interior finishes

--gypsum ceilings, painting & polishing, flooring/stone, veneers/laminate, carpentry & modular, glazing, hardware, and final snag clearance--per drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Setup

Review IFC/GFC drawings and BOQ; highlight clashes/scope gaps early. Create micro-schedules and daily work plans; track progress vs. baseline. Plan logistics: storage, access, protection, and sequencing to avoid rework.

Execution & Coordination

Supervise all

finishes

: false ceiling, wall finishes, painting/polish, flooring/stone, skirtings, carpentry/millwork, modular fitment, glazing/hardware, soft finishes. Coordinate with MEP for cut-outs, levels, terminations, and final plate-outs. Conduct toolbox talks; ensure safe work methods and PPE use.

Quality Control

Implement checklists/ITPs at each stage (substrate prep ? application ? finishing). Approve mockups/samples; ensure colour/veneer/grain direction & shade matching. Control tolerances: levels, plumb, joints, alignments, corner details, door/hinge set-outs. Maintain snag/defect registers and close within agreed SLAs.

Materials & Documentation

Verify measurements & quantities; prepare DPRs, M-books, and RA bill support. Inspect incoming materials (MIR/WIR), maintain GRN; track consumption/wastage. Maintain site diaries, photo logs, RFI registers, and as-built mark-ups.

Handover

Drive handover readiness: final snags, O&M/material sheets, warranties, and protection plans.
Must-Have Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior (or strong equivalent experience).

4+ years

supervising

interior finishes

on residential/commercial projects. Strong drawing reading: plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details. Proven control of quality, time, and cost on fast-track fit-outs. Proficiency with

MS Excel/Google Sheets

, WhatsApp reporting, basic AutoCAD reading. Two-wheeler & valid driving license; ability to travel across sites. Languages: English + Hindi (Punjabi a plus).
Nice to Have

High-finish joinery, veneer/polish systems, and stone works exposure. Familiarity with

Monday.com/Notion

, PlanGrid/Procore (or similar). Basic rate analysis and contractor billing verification.
Schedule & Time-Off

Monthly 4 days off (not tied to Sundays; rotational/flexible as per site plan).
