Job Summary:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, managing construction schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. The role also involves monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Site Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in construction site management and project coordination Knowledge of safety and building regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with construction management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in residential real estate development is a plus
