Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated

Site Supervisor

to manage daily construction activities, ensure timely labour deployment, and maintain quality standards as per approved drawings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in labor handling, inventory tracking, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Labour arrangement and on-site labour management Execute construction work as per drawings and quality standards Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and coordination Inventory and stock management on-site Material requirement planning and consumption tracking Safety and compliance adherence at the site Supervise staff and subcontractors Coordinate with engineers and project managers on timelines and targets
Qualifications

? Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

? Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision

? Strong understanding of project budgeting, safety norms, and scheduling

? Hands-on experience in labour management and material planning

? Excellent communication and leadership skills

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure

? Willingness to work full-time on-site across Faridabad and surrounding areas
