The ideal candidate will have excellent creative and technical thinking skills and be able to solve site issues. Should have strong knowledge about various materials and its Execution process. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

Skills:

1. Project Management

2. Material Knowledge including Tiles/Stone/Panels/Metals/Paints/Polish/Fittings/Fabrics/Electrical/Plumbing/AC

3. Should be good at Labour management

4. Should be good at Planning and Execution withing tight schedule

5. Good at finishes

6. Ready to visit market for purchase

7. Maintain labour and material register

8. Billing Management etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Graduate in Civil

Experience:

8-10 Years

Pay- 30k-35k
