Job Description

Project Management:

Planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership:

Supervising and coordinating construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.

Safety Management:

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Quality Control:

Inspecting and ensuring the quality of construction work.

Communication:

Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and addressing potential problems or issues that may arise on the construction site.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of project progress, safety inspections, and other relevant documentation.

Training and Mentoring:

Providing guidance and training to construction workers, including on-the-job training.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
