We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

to join our dynamic construction team. You'll work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure that daily operations on-site are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities at the construction site Follow instructions and work plans given by the Senior Engineer Monitor safety and quality compliance at all stages Maintain records of daily progress, issues, and labour usage Manage labour teams and ensure materials are used efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

Skills:

Basic knowledge of construction processes Ability to coordinate with engineers, workers, and vendors Good communication and reporting skills

Experience:

Prior site work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
