to manage day-to-day site execution for ground-mounted solar PV projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of MMS, PV modules, DC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection
Ensure work execution as per drawings, BOQs and quality standards
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams
Enforce HSE policies and conduct daily toolbox talks
Maintain DPRs, manpower records, and punch list closures
Support inspections and pre-commissioning activities
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy
1-3 years' experience in ground-mounted solar PV projects
Experience with fixed-tilt and/or tracker systems
Ability to read drawings and manage site teams
Willingness to work at project locations -
