Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Construction Site Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and supervising site staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; enforce health and safety protocols at all times. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate site records, including work logs, safety checklists, and material deliveries. Train and mentor junior staff and laborers as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role (minimum 3-5 years). In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus. Certification in site safety, first aid, or OSHA training is desirable.

Education:

12th/Graduation/diploma or equivalent required. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, on-site role with extended hours and weekend work as required. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift materials when necessary.
