We seek an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work aligns with AutoCAD designs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Observation & Measurement:

Conduct regular site inspections, observing and measuring ongoing work to ensure it meets project specifications

Work Monitoring:

Ensure that the work is progressing according to the approved plan and

AutoCAD HVAC layouts

Team Coordination:

Allocate daily tasks to technicians and helpers, monitor their progress, and ensure proper execution of work

Progress Reporting:

Track and report on worksite progress, identifying any issues or delays, and proposing solutions

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to maintain project flow and resolve any challenges on-site

AC Layout Preparation:

Assist in preparing and reviewing

AC layouts

(indoor/outdoor unit placement, piping routes, and basic duct layouts) based on site conditions and design requirements

Quotation & Estimation Support:

Support the preparation of

HVAC quotations, BOQs, and material estimates

by providing site measurements, layout inputs, and execution-related clarifications

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

2-3 years of experience in site supervision and/or project management

Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to understand and interpret site drawings

Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking project data

-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and clients

Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth work progress and timely completion

Ability to assign tasks effectively and manage work assignments
