Site Supervisor

Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ years

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Site Supervisor

to manage daily construction activities, ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project timelines Manage site labor, contractors, and subcontractors Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations Maintain daily work progress reports and site records Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

2+ years of experience

as a Site Supervisor Diploma / Bachelor's degree Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices Ability to read and understand construction drawings would be plus Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
