Key Responsibilities:
Supervise execution of
rooftop & ground-mounted solar installations
Manage site manpower including technicians, electricians, and laborers
Ensure installation work is carried out as per
design drawings and technical standards
Monitor daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met
Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure
quality control and safety compliance
at site
Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and site records
Resolve on-site technical and manpower-related issues
Support commissioning and handover activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
03 to 04 years of experience as a Solar Site Supervisor (mandatory)
Proven experience in
rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
Strong knowledge of
solar PV modules, structures, inverters, DC/AC wiring
Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel to project sites when required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or related field (preferred)
Immediate joiner preferred
