We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee the execution of interior design and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines. This role is crucial in ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into on-site work.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior design/architecture projects. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

Quality Control

Conduct quality checks for materials, finishes, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and overall workmanship. Report deviations and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Maintain high standards of site safety and cleanliness.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with designers, project managers, and clients to resolve on-site issues. Interpret technical drawings and communicate instructions to teams clearly. Prepare and share daily progress reports, site photos, and update logs.

Material & Vendor Handling

Check and verify material deliveries as per BOQ/specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and avoid wastage. Coordinate with vendors for installation timelines and quality checks.

Documentation

Maintain site measurement records, snag lists, work checklists, and site diaries. Assist in preparing handover documentation and conduct final snag checks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
