Supervise and monitor site activities as per project schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Ensure work quality and safety compliance as per AMNS standards.
Manage labour workforce and ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material records.
Support billing, measurements, and documentation as required.
Identify and resolve any site issues or delays.
