We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at the project site. The role involves supervising workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule. Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors and ensure productivity on-site. Maintain records of manpower, work progress, and materials used. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors for timely supply and execution. Inspect work quality and report discrepancies or issues promptly. Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a site supervisor (electrical/mechanical). Ability to read basic construction or electrical drawings. Knowledge of safety procedures and site management practices.
