Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible

Site Supervisor

to assist with day-to-day construction site activities. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in real estate construction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support daily construction activities on site Coordinate with laborers and contractors for smooth workflow Ensure basic safety and quality standards are followed Maintain daily site records, reports, and attendance Assist the Site Engineer in execution and supervision

Requirements:

Diploma, ITI, or 12th pass (Civil/Construction background preferred) Basic understanding of construction work (training will be provided) Willingness to work on-site and learn practically Good communication and team coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
