Position: Site Supervisor - Furniture & Interior Projects

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 5-10 years of hands-on project oversight in furniture, interior, or construction environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil structures, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow. Monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Quantify completed works and assist in preparing progress and variance reports. Conduct snagging, coordinate rectifications, and ensure clean handover to clients. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

Experience: 5-10 years in site supervision, preferably in furniture/interiors or construction. Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. Age: 35-40 years.
