Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive

Civil Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure work quality, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project completion as per design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at the site. Manage material usage and track inventory levels. Inspect workmanship and ensure rectification of any defects. Assist in planning and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines. Report site updates and issues to the project manager or engineer regularly.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Good communication and team management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with safety standards and site supervision best practices. Basic computer and MS Excel skills preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
