Role Overview

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (Fresher) to assist in day-to-day site monitoring, vendor coordination, quality checks, and ensuring smooth progress of interior/architectural works. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on learning, enjoys being on-site, and is eager to grow in the architecture & interiors field.

Key Responsibilities

Daily site supervision for ongoing interior & architecture projects Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines Maintain daily site reports, material checklists, and progress updates Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements Support project manager/architect with follow-ups and documentation Monitor site safety and ensure adherence to basic safety guidelines Attend client visits/meetings when required

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE (Civil), B.Arch, B.Des, or any construction-related background Strong interest in interiors/architecture and willingness to learn Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of site activities (training will be provided) Ability to travel to different sites in Chennai Good attitude, discipline, and ownership mindset
