We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior projects to oversee and manage on-site activities for our ongoing and upcoming residential/commercial interior works. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design teams

Ensure quality control and adherence to interior specifications and drawings

Monitor material availability and usage at site

Maintain site safety and cleanliness

Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management

Resolve site issues efficiently and ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Strong understanding of interior execution, material handling, and finishing standards

Good communication and coordination skills

Should be a local candidate familiar with regional vendors and labour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
